Motorhome manufacturers haven’t caught up with the times and figured out that many people no longer only have hanging clothes. When we bought our RV, we got a huge closet with tons of room for hanging clothes, but nowhere in the RV was a space for folded clothes. We had a local carpenter create a custom closet insert with adjustable shelves – it wasn’t as expensive as you might think and has solved one of our biggest space issues yet. Currently we use this for clothes we use daily and have the clothes separated into bins that can be easily pulled out and sorted through.
