Tranquil Timbers Campground is part of the Thousand Trail / Encore program. We camped here from 8/9/16 – 8/16/16 as part of a trial for Thousand Trails that came with our new RV Purchase through Lazy Days.

*THE REASON WE WOULD NOT RETURN IS DUE TO THE VERY LIMITED VERIZON ACCESS AND THE LACK OF 50amp HOOKUPS. THESE ARE 2 THINGS THAT VERY IMPORTANT TO US IN OUR TRAVELS. THE FACILITY IS GREAT IF YOU DON’T NEED HIGH SPEED INTERNET OR FULL HOOKUPS.

We do not have pictures of our space here at Tranquil Timbers. When you check in, the staff tells you which spot is yours and then it is up to you to find it and get in correctly. Our spot had a tree in the middle of the space so we ended up sideways in the space to be able to use the firepit and picnic table.

There is nothing close to the campground, but a 10 min drive puts you in the middle of Sturgeon Bay and restaurants, shopping and some local attractions.
